Since Gramercy Distribution, Inc. took the position of the US Exclusive Agency for Vanca Craft, Inc. in Feb. 2009,
it has been my pleasure providing one of the most exquisite unique products for your retail business. Gramercy
Distribution welcomed many of new wholesale customers and is proud that the active retail venues of Vanca
products in the US are now nearly quadrupled. I thank you for choosing Vanca for your business from the bottom
of my heart.

Though I love Vanca products very much, after careful consideration, Gramercy Distribution, Inc. decided not to
renew the contract at the end of this term. We will be completing our duty as of January 31, 2011. As our contract
expires, VancaUSA.com, which is mainly functioning as the authorized retail venues information board, will be also
shut down. Vanca Craft , Inc. is currently constructing a new online shop in English to take online orders from US
consumers, shipping directly from Japan.

Starting from Feb. 1, 2011, please contact below the new Vanca's US agent to place your order.

While we won't be representing Vanca products, Gramercy Distribution, Inc. continues distributing Fundle¨
Ultimate Pet Sling, Cool Vest¨ and other excellent pet products for quality conscious pet boutiques and various
type of retailers. Fundle¨ and Cool Vest¨, both intellectual property protected premium pet products, are superb
product lines that your customers truly enjoy and would be great additions for your business.
