Sales Tax

Gramercy Distribution, Inc. is required by law to charge 8.875% sales tax on any orders that are shipped
to an address within New York (excepts retailers with seller’s permit).
No sales tax will be charged for shipments to out side of the state of NY.


Shipping Information

When you place an order through this website, you will receive an e-mail order confirmation upon
submission. If you placed an order and did not receive a confirmation please e-mail us at
order@gramercydistribution.com

       For Standard Ground shipping
               Orders from within 48 contiguous states are shipped out within 2 business days
               by UPS Ground.  Most orders will be received within 3 to 7 business days.
               
       For UPS Next Day Air, 2ND DAY Air and 3 DAYS Shipping
               Orders received by 4:00pm EST (1:00pm CST) will ship out the same day.
               UPS does not count Saturday or Sunday as shipping days

Out side of the USA including US Territories

When you place your order you will notice a $0.00 charge for shipping. We'll contact you as soon as we
get your order and let you know the exact amount for shipping fees by e-mail. Once you give us your
approval, your order will be shipped
from our warehouse by USPS International Priority Mail or International EMS and
you can expect it to arrive within 5-12 business days, unless you specify your own preferred shipping
method. Duties and Taxes vary by country and are not included in our charges. All prices will be quoted in
US dollars.



Refunds & Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If your purchase at Gramercy Pet Boutique fails to meet
your expectations, you can return your item to us in its original and unused condition within 20 days of
receiving it for an exchange or refund. The personalized items are not exchangeable nor refundable.

If you would like to exchange or return an item, please contact us via e-mail first and get instruction for
where and how to ship.

We are not responsible for items returned without contacting us or sent to wrong address.

The customer is responsible for all shipping and packaging costs related to exchanging or returning an item.
We are not responsible for lost or misdirected returns. We cannot accept returns COD. Items received after
20 days will not be accepted for exchange or return and will be shipped back to the customer.

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price
of the item, less any shipping, handling and 18% restocking fees, or send you a replacement item for
exchange. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

To qualify for a refund, all items must be returned in its original condition, including the original packaging
and documentation.  We will not accept returns if the item and  its packaging is not in its original condition
and will return such items to you.  If you reject that return shipment, Gramercy Distribution, Inc. reserves
the right to liquidate the inventory and with hold credit.

We encourage you to measure your dog as accurately as possible. We cannot honor exchanges or
returns for any merchandise that has been used, or is not in its original new condition. All sale,
personalized items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.

We appreciate you for honoring our exchange/return policy.
