Return Policy for Paula's Secrets Section /Gramercy Pet Boutique by Gramercy Distribution, Inc.:  

Gramercy Distribution, Inc. is dedicated to ensuring you are pleased with the merchandise you purchase from us.
We offer a money back guarantee for new unopened and unused items returned within 30 days of purchase. The
item(s) should be in resalable condition and in their original product packaging. No returns will be accepted after
30 days for any item. We can not accept returns without a return authorization number (RMA number).
If you send an item without a valid RMA number, the package will not be accepted.

After you communicated with us, returns must be shipped freight prepaid, we recommend sending the product via
a traceable carrier (ie: UPS, FedEx) and insured for the value of the contents. The cost of the merchandise will be
refunded to you when we receive the item(s) and confirm that it is in resalable condition.  It is the customers
responsibility to provide us the correct delivery address. If you have any questions at all, e-mail us before purchasing.
We do not manufacture any of the items we sell. It is up to you to determine the suitability of any product to meet
your needs and to independently verify any critical information in the items description we provide. All of our products
are Brand New - Not Manufacture Seconds or Refurbished. Very Important: If you do not hear back from us within
72 hours, make sure our e-mails are not blocked by your spam filters. Please check your junk mail folder.

Defective Merchandise
If you received a Defective merchandise, please contact us immediately. We will replace with defect free merchandise.  

Damaged Merchandise
We personally make sure that the merchandise is delivered to you or left at your building's designated person.
So, it is really unlikely that the merchandise get damaged while it is waiting for you at your building's concierge room,  
if the package is damaged or lost, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt by telephone(212-505-0320).  
We will provide you the signature of the receiving party so that you can investigate and resolve the issue.

How to place your order

1. Online
Please chose shipping method "UPS Ground", AND use coupon code nyconlygdi08 at the check out. If you need us to
deliver in the evening, please make sure to tell us "evening delivery" in the comment column. We will contact you via
e-mail or telephone to confirm delivery date and time flame.

2. Telephone
If you don't want to bother ordering through online, you can just give us a call at 212-505-0320.

3. Fax
If you don't want to bother ordering through online, please down load order form(pdf) and fill out and fax it to us at
212-505-5424

We can set up periodical delivery.
If you want to receive the same items every month, we'll deliver them on the designated period of the month for
you.  Please call 212-505-0320 to set up your account.
Shipping
your order will be delivered by Gramercy Distribution, Inc. with no shipping fee!!  If your building can't accept package while
you are out, we'll deliver it in the evening.
This is why we have to limit the service area in 4 boroughs (Manhattan,
Queens, Brookly and Bronx)
